House Rules
Our greatest expectation at The A-Frames at Aspen Acres is that you treat our bungalows as if they were your own. We appreciate you respecting our property & hope that you enjoy your stay! Here are a few guidelines to adhere to while staying with us.
This is a shared property. Please be respectful and know that others will be around. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced. Please refrain from making noise during that time.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed. There is a Max capacity of 10 guests per bungalow at a time.
Aspen Acres is a private property where only invited guests are able to enter the premises of The Barn & Social Hall, if you want a tour please call.
Personal Alcohol is allowed ONLY in the bungalows. It is NOT allowed in parking lots, The Social Hall, or The Barn. You may enjoy your personal alcohol inside the bungalows or on the personal patios. An excess fee will be charged for violators and cops/security will be contacted. Any parties will be shut down immediately as this is the county ordinance for the Aspen Acres.
Smoking must be contained to the designated smoking area and parking lot only. No smoking or vaping is allowed either inside the A-Frames, on the adjacent patio or in any of the greenery areas. Cigarette butts must be discarded in provided disposal receptacles located in the designated smoking area.
No pets are allowed on The A-Frames at Aspen Acres property.
Please avoid rearranging furniture. If you need to, please replace all items to their original locations.
Each bungalow has four adjacent parking spaces for guests. If more parking is needed you are welcome to park in the overflow lot located to the East of the Bungalows.
Report any damage to the property manager before departing
Check-in & check-out times must be strictly adhered to.
