House Rules 

Our greatest expectation at The A-Frames at Aspen Acres is that you treat our bungalows as if they were your own. We appreciate you respecting our property + hope that you enjoy your stay! Here are a few guidelines to adhere to while staying with us.

• Shared Property: Aspen Acres is a shared space. Please be considerate of other guests on the property.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during
  this time.
• Parties & Gatherings: No parties or large gatherings are allowed at the A-Frames, per county ordinance.
• Occupancy Limit: Each bungalow has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. If you anticipate more, please
  contact us upon arrival.
• Alcohol Policy: Personal alcohol is permitted only inside the bungalows or on their adjoining patios. It is
  not allowed in the parking areas, The Social Hall, or The Barn.
  • Violations may result in additional fees, and law enforcement or security may be contacted.
• Unauthorized parties will be shut down immediately in accordance with county ordinance.
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated smoking areas and the parking lot. They
  are not allowed inside the A-Frames, on patios, or in grassy/green areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts
  properly.
• Pets: No pets are permitted on Aspen Acres property.
• Parking: Each bungalow includes two adjacent parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the
  overflow lot located northeast of the bungalows.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to designated check-in and check-out times.
• Private Property: Aspen Acres is a private venue. Only invited guests are permitted in The Barn, The
  Social Hall, and individual bungalows.
• Tours: To schedule a tour of The Barn or The Social Hall, please call (605) 545-2624.
• Damages: If any damages occur during your stay, please contact the property manager prior to departure
  at (605) 877-1265.
